This home white gamer was worn by John Orgrodnick during the 1992-93 season. The wear on this one is solid with stick and slash marks, pilling, and general filth. It has a very distinctive series of marks near the neckline which is matched to photo. It has an unrepaired hole on the lower front and right sleeve. It also has the 100-year Stanley Cup anniversary patch on the right breast. Made by Maska, size 52. Has the official Detroit Red Wings jersey stamp on the inner hem and has an LOA.
About the Player
John Orgrodnick was a 5-time all-star from Ottawa, Ontario. He was drafted by the Red Wings in 1979 and played 8 seasons with the Wings before being traded to the Quesbec Nordiques in 1987. He played one season for the Nordiques and another 5 seasons with the New York Rangers before returning to Detroit in 1992 for his final season before retiring. He lit the lamp 402 times in his career and logged four 40+ goal seasons.
